Hello and a very warm welcome to all of you.

My website was designed during spring 2008 and shall give you insights about my life as a hammer throw athlete, a federal police officer and a student. It contains various information, reports and insights of competitions, training camps, the federal police, my law studies, on hammer throw, public appearances and everything else happening in the life of a hammer throw world champion – all that plus a variety of pictures, of course!
